Commuters were stopped on their way into St Neots today (October 14)as part of a major traffic survey for the town.
Drivers coming into the town via Mill Lane at Little Paxton and Cross Hall Road near St Neots Golf Club were flagged down by police and transport consultants and handed survey forms.

The survey is attempting to address issues such as congestion, public transport services and air quality.

It has been organised by Cambridgeshire County Council, Huntingdonshire District Council and the Highways Agency as part of the St Neots market town transport strategy and will form the groundwork of a computer-based transport model for the town.
