Police have released a CCTV image of a man they would like to talk to in connection with an assault.
At about 4.10am on Sunday, October 12, a 23-year-old woman was attacked outside her home.

The woman answered a knock on her door and was hit over the head with a heavy object, possible a brick.

Police believe that the man in the image may have valuable information which may help the investigation.

DC Neil Hewson, who is investigating, said: "This was a nasty attack causing distress to the victim.

"I would like to speak to the person in the image as he may have seen or know something that could help us.

"I would appeal for this person to contact me, or if a member of the public thinks they know who this is, I would ask them to get in touch."

Anyone with information is asked to contact DC Hewson at Huntingdon Police Station on 0845 456 456 4 or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.

My posting at 1 referred to the previous article, which has been replaced by the above, when a reporter was whingeing about the incident but the police wouldn't tell them anything. The above story miraculously appeared following my posting.

I am, obviously, cleverer than you Frankie !! Five spelling mistakes in three lines speaks for itself. I would suggest you back to school or start a branch of Dyslexia Anonymous in St Neots.
